Real Smile Journey
Method
Treatment Approach
Pathology: Thoroughly addressing cavities, pulpitis, and extracting wisdom teeth (R38, R48) before advanced orthodontic intervention. Orthodontic Plan: Implementing the "Children's Orthodontics (13-16 years) - Simple Non-Extraction (only wisdom teeth extraction)" package. Special Procedure: Combining laser gingival exposure surgery and braces system to pull impacted teeth. Inserting lower jaw Minivis to create a stable anchor for effective tooth movement and adjustment.
Result
After Treatment
(Case currently in treatment phase - updating current progress) Teeth have been significantly aligned, with the dental arch appearing much more rounded than initially. Impacted teeth have been successfully pulled down to the standard position on the dental arch. The patient is responding well to the treatment plan, currently in the final adjustment phase (gap closure, step intrusion) to perfect the bite.

"The family was once very worried because the child's teeth were misaligned and there were impacted teeth, but now they are very happy to see the child's smile evenly aligned. Thank you to the doctors for always being patient and gently encouraging the child throughout the orthodontic process."
